Judi Schindler – Judi is an expert in the real estate, higher education and B2C fields. A principal of the firm, she offers guidance and tactical direction to clients as well as younger members of the firm with whom she shares her passion for the profession. Judi is the founder of Schindler Communications, which merged with Hodge Communications to form Hodge Schindler in early 2007. Past "Woman Business Owner of the Year"; knitter; skier; theatergoer.

Chris Scott – As senior vice president, Chris manages agency operations ranging from staff development to business development. He also devises and directs PR and marketing strategy and execution for a variety of clients. Former journalist and radio announcer; world traveler; movie aficionado.

Carol Jouzaitis – Carol, a senior vice president, brings more than 25 years of communications experience to Hodge Schindler, serving as both a public relations specialist and writer. She also contributes to business development, drawing on her extensive background in PR and journalism. She is an avid traveler and cook.
